Be a key player in Ulines Toronto branch as a Safety Manager, shaping the safety landscape of our warehouse. Drive compliance and develop a strong safety culture among 550+ employees. As the Safety Manager, you will lead safety initiatives and ensure all programs meet Uline''s stringent standards. Your strategic oversight will improve safety conditions and facilitate effective training across our facility. Collaborating closely with management and Human Resources, you will proactively drive safety enhancements while addressing workers compensation claims. Key Responsibilities: Manage and implement safety policies at Uline Collaborate with management to set safety metrics Review audits and incident reports regularly Lead Safety Coordinators in safety initiatives Partner with HR on compensation claims Requirements: Bachelors degree essential 3+ years in warehouse safety management Certifications in First Aid, Material Handling Provincial OHS experience preferred Understanding of EHS regulations advantageous Ensure a safe work environment at Uline by applying your extensive safety management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
