Drive impactful fundraising as Associate Director of Philanthropy with Campfire Circle. Focus on donor engagement, securing significant gifts, and mentoring in a hybrid role. This mission-driven position emphasizes major-gift cultivation for children with special needs. You''ll manage high-value donor relationships while leading the Professional Advisors Committee. Engage collaboratively with internal teams and volunteers to achieve strategic fundraising goals and deepen donor commitments. This role also involves mentorship of the Legacy Giving Officer and participation in networking activities.
