Reporting to the Senior Manager of Enterprise Systems, the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) of Human Resources Systems is a key leadership role responsible for the effective delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of the University of Alberta''s Oracle PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM), cloud services and related enterprise applications. As the primary liaison between institutional stakeholders, internal technical teams, and external managed service partners, the SDM ensures reliable application performance, service excellence, and the advancement of new development initiatives aligned with University strategy.
