As the Sport Science Manager within our Elite Athlete Performance team, you will be directly accountable for establishing and implementing a worldclass sport science capability that supports the performance of lululemon athletes and ambassadors and informs the future of performance apparel. a day in the life Own the endtoend delivery of lululemons athlete performance services, operating as the primary performance services lead while working directly with elite athletes to support performance in realworld training and competition environments. Apply and evolve athlete performance frameworks and servicing models, integrating applied sport science practice with external performance partnerships to deliver relevant, highimpact athlete support. Leverage realworld athlete challenges to generate applied performance insight and solutions that shape elitespecific product innovation, testing, and validation priorities. Partner closely with Global Sports Marketing to plan, coordinate, and deliver athlete performance services aligned to athlete relationships, contractual context, and servicing priorities. qualifications Masters degree or PhD in Sport Science, Exercise Physiology, Biomechanics, Kinesiology, or a related discipline. Extensive experience delivering applied performance services across a diverse population of elite athletes, spanning different sports, disciplines, backgrounds, and performance needs. Strong credibility as an applied practitioner, with the ability to operate effectively in complex, realworld, highstakes performance environments. Demonstrated experience designing and delivering performance frameworks, servicing models, and performance infrastructure across fixed and mobile athlete environments. Proven ability to translate performance data, observation, and lived athlete experience into applied insight and solutions. The typical hiring range for this position is from $167,400 to $219,700 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
