Elevate manufacturing processes with Knoll as a Manufacturing Engineer. Focus on design, development, and continuous improvement while supporting environmental and safety standards. Under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Maintenance and Engineering, the Manufacturing Engineer plays a crucial role in enhancing manufacturing efficiency at Knoll. This position requires designing and implementing new processes, as well as optimizing quality and ergonomics. You will contribute to cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and eco-friendly practices while engaging in continuous improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop new manufacturing processes Support project initiatives for new product introductions Maintain production capacity models and labor standards Contribute to cost reduction and process optimization teams Ensure compliance with ISO and safety protocols Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, P. Eng. preferred 2-4 years in Mechanical Engineering experience Certified Black Belt or Lean Belt preferred Knowledge of furniture and woodworking processes advantageous Experience in continuous improvement methodologies required Bring your engineering expertise to Knoll to foster innovative manufacturing solutions and improve workplace design. #J-18808-Ljbffr
