JOB PURPOSE** Supports and contributes to the implementation of the Practice Quality teams regulatory practice issues, resources, and programs. Collaborates internally and externally with system partners to complete service deliverables and support the advancement of CNOs purpose and strategic priorities.**II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Works collaboratively with the applicable teams to consult as subject matter expert on the design and development of regulatory policy, practice standards, guidelines, resources, supports and programs. Implements regulatory policy, practice standards, guidelines, resources, supports, and programs including CNOs Quality Assurance program. Responds to practice inquiries from nurses, employers and other system partners.**III. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** **Education and Experience** Baccalaureate degree in Nursing and a graduate degree in Nursing or related field. Current registration with CNO, and entitled to practice with no restrictions. Expertise in direct nursing practice gained through a minimum of 10 years in clinical nursing. Experience in the development of adult education including program delivery through Learning Management Systems.
