What Youll Be Doing: The Summer Internship at Sienna Senior Living provides students with a handson opportunity to gain meaningful experience within the seniors living and healthcare sector. Interns will support key business functions such as operations, human resources, finance, or resident experience, contributing to projects that enhance the quality of care and services across Siennas communities. Throughout the program (June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026) interns will collaborate with crossfunctional teams, assist with daytoday operations, and participate in strategic initiatives that drive organizational performance. This role offers exposure to a dynamic, missiondriven environment focused on enriching the lives of seniors, while developing professional skills in communication, problemsolving, and teamwork. By the end of the internship, participants will have gained practical industry knowledge, built valuable relationships, and developed a deeper understanding of how a leading Canadian seniors living organization operates. How Youll Succeed: Support in preparation of reports, presentations and documentation. Assist with ongoing project work as assigned. Conduct research and compile data as required. Support administrative and operational activities. Maintain organized records and files. Provide planning support for our Shared Support Office engagement events. Participate in meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams as required. Who you are: Student currently enrolled in a postsecondary program in a relevant field such as Business, Health Care, Finance or Marketing. Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment. Strong organizational and timemanagement skills. Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
