Account Executive (Remote - Canada) Join to apply for the Account Executive (Remote - Canada) role at Curious. About The Role UserVoice is seeking a driven and resourceful Account Executive to join our growing Commercial Team. In this role, youll help accelerate new customer acquisition across inbound and outbound channels, focusing on midmarket and enterprise organizations. Youll work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to identify ideal customer segments, run strategic discovery, deliver consultative demos, and close highimpact deals that help product teams centralize customer feedback and make datadriven decisions. This is a remote position. What Youll Do Execute outbound sales strategies targeting midmarket and enterprise companies looking to unify customer feedback. Guide inbound prospects toward discovering the value of UserVoices feedback aggregation, prioritization, and insights workflows. Identify and prioritize highpotential accounts through research, vertical analysis, and datadriven targeting. Build strong relationships with prospects through personalized outreach, cold calling, and followups on inbound interest. Lead consultative discovery and deliver tailored product demos focused on pain points such as scattered feedback, lack of visibility into customer needs, and misalignment between product, CX, GTM, and engineering teams. Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotes, and contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate pipeline updates, lead activity, and customer details within the CRM. Stay current on product updates, industry trends in product management and VOC tools, and competitive offerings to refine messaging and uncover new opportunities. Collaborate crossfunctionally to surface customer insights and help influence gotomarket strategy and product improvements. Help us navigate a widening customer base moving beyond product teams into a holistic customer intelligence platform. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. What Were Looking For 3+ years of B2B outbound sales or business development experience, ideally in SaaS. Proven success generating and closing midmarket and/or enterprise deals. Strong communication, active listening, and consultative selling skills. Experience managing highvolume prospecting and discovery efforts. Comfort working independently in a fastpaced, evolving environment. Ability to tailor messaging to product managers, CX leaders, engineering leaders, and executives. Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, plus modern sales tech stacks. Bonus Points For Experience selling into product teams or familiarity with product management workflows. Background in customer feedback platforms, product analytics, or VOC/insights tools. Understanding of PLG motions or hybrid sales/selfserve funnels.
