# Full Stack DeveloperFull-Time## About the RoleScaling Process, a 5-star rated agency based in Montreal, seeks a full stack developer to build software products, SaaS platforms, and AI tools for startups and growing businesses.We operate as both a client services agency and a product venture studio - meaning you'll work on client projects AND on products we own and build ourselves.This is a fully remote role with EST time zone availability required. We value speed, ownership, and shipping real products daily/weekly.You'll work directly with a small, tight team that ships fast and holds a high bar.## What We're Looking ForWe're looking for experienced builders only. You must have a portfolio of real shipped products - side projects you built yourself count and are highly valued. We will review everything carefully.No portfolio = no consideration.Requirements* 2+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping real products* Proven stack: Next.js, Supabase, Vercel, TailwindCSS, Shadcn/ui, OpenAI & Anthropic APIs* AI-first - you leverage AI tools to the max to ship faster and work smarter. Claude AI, Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI, MCPs - these are part of your daily workflow. Non-negotiable.* Strong written and spoken English. Additional languages (French, Spanish, etc.) are a bonus.* High-agency and resourceful - you figure things out, move fast, and don't wait to be told what to do* Founder mentality with strong ownership mindset* Calm and stoic under pressure - you stabilize, not escalate* Coachable, open to feedback, and a genuine team player* Someone who loves to learn and adapts fast - new tools, new domains, no problem* You leverage AI to learn fast, get unblocked, and find answers on your own* Detail-oriented - you catch the small things before they become big problems* You don't ship bugs or half-baked work. Quality is non-negotiable.* Strong product design taste - you care about UI/UX and can tell the difference between good and great. Design skills are a big plus - we value people who can build beautiful products.* Business-minded - if you've run a business or built something from scratch, we value that experience highly.* Security-conscious - you treat client data, credentials, and codebases with care.
