This is a full-stack analytics architecture position responsible for turning raw ERP and third-party data into a reconciled, governed, high-performance analytics platform.You will own the NSAW solution lifecycle: discovery, data architecture, integration design, SQL transformations, reconciliation frameworks, and executive-level analytics delivery.If someone asks, Why doesnt this number match NetSuite? you are the person who traces it across NetSuite iPaaS ADW NSAW semantic model OAC visualization and fixes it.WHAT YOULL DONSAW Architecture & Solution OwnershipArchitect complete NSAW implementations including Source system analysis (NetSuite + external systems), ADW data structures and transformation layers, NSAW semantic models and subject areas, OAC dashboards and KPIsBusiness Discovery & Rules EngineeringLead discovery sessions to translate business questions into: KPIs, financial logic, allocation rules, hierarchies, and grain definitionsBuild working SQL prototypes to validate logic before dashboards are developed.Data Engineering, ADW & Advanced SQLDesign and implement transformation logic in Oracle ADW.Write, optimize, and review complex Oracle SQL involving multi-table financial joins, time-series logic, hierarchical modeling, reconciliation datasets, snapshotting and historical logicArchitect structures that support trial balance reporting, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, operational analytics, drill-through from summary to transaction levelIntegration & Pipeline DesignPartner with integration teams using: Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Celigo or similar iPaaS toolsDefine: source-to-target mappings, data contracts, refresh strategies, dependency flowsUnderstand and document how transformations in middleware impact downstream analytics.Lead root-cause analysis when data issues occur across: NetSuite, integration tools, ADW, NSAW semantic layerAnalytics Delivery & EnablementDesign executive-ready dashboards in Oracle Analytics Cloud aligned to NSAW models.Enforce visualization and modeling best practices.Develop enablement assets like technical documentation, solution walkthroughs, admin handover guides, internal training and client training materialKEY DELIVERABLES YOU WILL OWNNSAW solution architecture documentsSource-to-target mappingsBusiness rules and KPI catalogReconciliation and validation frameworksADW transformation logic and viewsNSAW subject area designsTechnical handover and operational guidesSUCCESS IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKENSAW balances to NetSuite without debate.Business logic is documented, versioned, and scalable.Integrations are predictable, traceable, and debuggable.Clients trust the platform.Internal teams can extend your work without breaking it.WHY THIS ROLE MATTERSNSAW is not just another reporting product. This role defines whether that backbone is fragile or bulletproof.Requirements:Proven NSAW implementation experience.Deep Oracle SQL expertise, including analytical functions, performance tuning, financial transformation logicStrong Oracle ADW knowledge including schema design, transformation layering, optimizationStrong understanding of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and semantic modeling.ERP Fluency:Deep understanding of NetSuite data structures (e.g., Transactions vs. Transaction Lines) and core financial cycles (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay).Hands-on experience with iPaaS tools such as Boomi or Oracle OIC.Client-facing consulting capability to lead workshops, challenge requirements, explain complex data issues simplyExperience with SuiteAnalytics Connect, REST APIs, or custom NetSuite extractsExperience integrating non-NetSuite systems into NSAWBackground in financial analytics, EPM, or data warehousing projectsExperience building reconciliation and audit frameworks$150,000 - $200,000 a yearIn accordance with Ontarios pay transparency legislation, the posted compensation range, if applicable, will reflectthe scope and responsibilities associated with the role. Positions supporting clients across multiple jurisdictions involve additional regulatory considerations, cross-border coordination, and broader compliance requirements compared to roles focused on a single local market. Hours of work and travel expectations may vary based on role scope and are considered in determining compensation. These factors, along with credential requirements and market benchmarks, are incorporated into compensation ranges to ensure alignment with industry standards and the specialized expertise required. Compensation includes base salary and any non-discretionary bonuses or commissions.
