Focus Systems is supporting a major Saskatchewan Crown Corporation in hiring an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a cloud-based contact centre transformation initiative.If you have strong Agile delivery experience and a background in SaaS implementationsthis is a great opportunity to drive a high-visibility project.Key Details Location: Hybrid (Remote + occasional onsite in Regina, SK) Duration: June 1, 2026 - Dec 31, 2027Role OverviewYou will lead an Agile IT project implementing a cloud SaaS contact centre solution, ensuring successful delivery across scope, schedule, and budget while managing stakeholders and vendors in a customer-facing environment.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile methodologies Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and reporting Ensure successful implementation of SaaS solutions and system integrations Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and change readiness Deliver projects aligned with enterprise PM frameworks and standards Mandatory Qualifications PMP certification Significant experience as an IT Project Manager Proven experience delivering Agile projects Experience implementing cloud SaaS solutions, including vendor coordination Experience in contact centre or customer service environments Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer-focused mindset Ability to lead business and technical stakeholders through change and adoption Assets & Preferred Experience Experience with contact centre technologies (telephony, IVR, workforce management, CRM integrations) Experience with Azure DevOps Familiarity with cloud and SaaS platformsApplication DeadlinePlease complete your initial application by May 07, 2026.
