Enercorp is a well-established sales and marketing firm for Division 7 (Thermal and Moisture Protection) and Division 9 (Finishes).We are seeking an Architectural Sales Representative to manage and grow our British Columbia territory. This is a high-autonomy role designed for a results-driven professional who thrives on the challenge of securing specifications, navigating the tendering process, and driving long-term partnerships with the territories top design, consulting and construction firmsQualifications:A proven track record in architectural sales with a minimum of 5 years experienceProven ability to build strong relationships with architects, engineers and consultantsAn understanding of the construction and tendering process, product standards, and local codes.Ability to interpretspecifications, and technical literature.A professional demeanor and strong communication skills.Ability to create and conduct presentations.Self motivated, results driven, and able to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Responsibilities:Present and promote roofing and wall products and systems to construction industry professionalsDrive project specifications by conducting frequent in-person technical presentationsDevelop and deliver compelling and value-added group presentations.Secure ongoing specification positionsAnalyze requirements and study specifications, propose project-specific solutions to project stake holdersProvide technical support throughout the construction cycle.Collaborate with manufacturers representatives and the distribution channel to move the specification to an eventual saleContinuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and developments
