Become a pivotal force in HR as a bilingual Director specializing in labor relations. This hybrid role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership in a multi-site environment. As a senior HR leader, you will oversee regional HR functions while acting as a subject matter expert in labor relations. Collaborating closely with Operations and Legal teams, you will ensure transparent HR practices across the organization. Your leadership will guide a skilled team of HR Business Partners towards achieving operational stability and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary HR advisor for Support Office leaders Lead negotiations and collective bargaining effectively Develop and mentor HR Business Partners across sites Oversee compliance with labor laws and safety regulations Provide strategic guidance on organizational changes Requirements: University degree in Human Resources or Labour Relations Over 10 years of HR/Labour Relations experience required Extensive knowledge of labor legislation and grievance management Exceptional influencing skills and teamwork capabilities Bilingualism in English and French is a must Leverage your HR leadership and labor relations expertise to foster an engaging, compliant workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr
