As a Data Quality Analyst at MAG, you will play a critical role in supporting data quality and trust by developing, implementing, and monitoring data quality solutions. You will work closely with business and technical partners to identify data quality gaps, define meaningful metrics, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with business and technical partners to proactively identify data quality gaps and drive improvements. - Take a consultative approach to understand data quality pain points and build metrics in line with data quality rules. - Design and build data quality programs using MAGs data governance tools, aligned to established data quality dimensions. - Measure and monitor business perception of data quality to inform solution design and prioritization. - Partner with Data Engineering to define data observability requirements and embed data quality controls within data pipelines. - Support data remediation efforts by tracking action items and monitoring ongoing improvements in data quality metrics. Required Qualifications - Experience using SQL, Python, or other data querying and analysis languages. - Strong technical ability to translate business rules and logic into SQL queries or data quality rules. - Solid understanding of data quality concepts and basic data management principles. - Strong communication skills - A consultative mindset with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and partner with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
