Drive regulatory compliance at Fiera Capital as a Global Compliance Counselor in Toronto, integrating key skills in AML/ATF, KYC, and training. At Fiera Capital, the Global Compliance Counselor will execute Canadian client management compliance programs and support regulatory obligations. Working under the Head of Global Enterprise Risk Management, youll handle client documentation, training, and monitoring tasks to ensure compliance. This role also offers opportunities for continuous improvement and collaboration with internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Execute monitoring and testing for client-related compliance controls Implement improvements for identified compliance gaps Conduct surveillance on client onboarding and documentation Facilitate employee training on compliance matters Collaborate on updating compliance manuals and policies Requirements: Bachelors degree in finance or business administration At least five years in regulatory compliance, preferably in investments Knowledge of internal controls and best practices Excellent communication skills in French and English Strong organizational abilities and independent work capacity Utilize your expertise in regulatory compliance to contribute to Fiera Capital's success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
