Job Description

You will be involved in key HR functions/projects such as recruitment administration, manpower planning, policy & process, performance management. You will be working in close partnership with management, line managers and staff to achieve the short-term and long-term goals and objectives of the organization. Responsibilities - Process payroll, CPF, Income Tax, IR21 and other relevant statutory submissions. - Prepare relevant letters to staff movements (appointment, transfer, confirmation of appointment, promotions). - Ensure documentation of new hires is up-to-date and accurate. - Handle queries that staff may encounter during the course of employment and elevate to higher levels for sensitive and complicated issues. - Conduct exit interviews for resigned staff. - Manage work pass related issues such as application, renewal, and cancellation. - Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive orientation. - Prepare reports such as costing and salary vs sales reports. - Administer the benefits and compensation scheme, including incentive schemes, annual increments, progressive bonuses, and staff welfare. - Coordinate the Performance Appraisal Exercise. - Participate in recruitment activities. - Support HRM in project execution. Requirements - Diploma with minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Executive role. - Good knowledge of MOM legislations. - Ability to meet deadlines and a positive selfstarter attitude. - Experience preparing management reports using pivot tables, Vlookup, etc. - Experience with TimesPay software, eleave, and eattendance is advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
