Project Delivery Lead Synthetic Prime Expansion (Contract) Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid 2 days onsite, subject to change) Duration: 12month contract (extension possible) Start Date: ASAP Schedule: MondayFriday, core business hours Positions Available: 1 About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead / Senior Project Manager to support a highprofile, businessled initiative focused on expanding an existing Synthetic Prime offering into Asian markets. This is a highly visible engagement within the Bank, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior business and executive stakeholders in Global Markets. This role is ideal for a confident, handson Project Manager who thrives in ambiguity, understands capital markets and trading environments, and can lead crossfunctional teams through complex, fastmoving initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Lead endtoend delivery of the Synthetic Prime Expansion project across all project phases - Partner closely with business, technology, and executive stakeholders to define scope, outcomes, and delivery plans - Establish and maintain strong project governance, reporting, and controls aligned with enterprise standards - Drive stakeholder engagement and executive communication, ensuring timely escalation of risks and issues - Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, budgets, and financial forecasts - Apply Organizational Change Management principles to support adoption and readiness - Produce clear, concise project documentation, status reports, and executive updates - Proactively manage scope changes, risks, and delivery tradeoffs - Ensure adherence to project methodology, compliance, and quality standards Required Qualifications - 5+ years of Project Management experience, ideally within large financial institutions - Proven experience delivering businessdriven projects in Equities and/or Global Markets - Strong understanding of trading environments and capital markets products - Demonstrated excellence in senior stakeholder and executive management - Highly organized with strong skills in tracking, documentation, and reporting - Comfortable working with unclear or evolving requirements and able to ask the right questions to drive clarity - Degreelevel education Nice to Have - Experience with Synthetic Prime or Prime Brokerage initiatives - Exposure to Asiafocused market expansions or global regulatory environments Soft Skills That Matter - Exceptional communication and relationshipbuilding skills - Confidence operating in highvisibility, highpressure environments - Strong problemsolving mindset with a proactive delivery approach - Ability to lead through influence across crossfunctional teams Why Join? - Work on a very highprofile initiative with significant visibility across the Bank - Opportunity to partner with senior leaders on a strategically important expansion - Collaborative, small project team (approx. 4 people) with strong business ownership - Hybrid work model based in downtown Toronto Interested?
