What Youll Do - Substantive Law Clerk Duties: Draft, format, and finalize complex pleadings, mediation briefs, and motion materials with minimal supervision. - Medical & Litigation Analysis: Request, track, and summarize medical records; manage the productions and undertakings process to keep files trial-ready. - Strategic File Management: Oversee personal injury files from intake through to resolution, ensuring all milestones and court deadlines are met. - Real-Time Coordination: Act as the central hub for 23 lawyers, managing calendars, booking discoveries, and coordinating with expert witnesses and opposing counsel. - Client Advocacy: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing professional and empathetic updates during sensitive litigation phases.
