Job Posting: Senior SAP S/4HANA SD OTC Consultant Location: Remote (Canada-Based) Type: Contract Travel: Occasional (Project-based milestones) Work Environment This is a remote contract position based in Canada. While the primary day-to-day work is remote, the successful candidate must be available for occasional travel to client sites for workshops or go-live activities as required. Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP SD OTC Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Order-to-Cash processes within an S/4HANA Public Cloud environment. As a key functional expert, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and SAP best practices, ensuring a streamlined, scalable, and integrated solution for our global operations. Key Responsibilities - End-to-End Implementation: Lead all project phases following SAP Activate Methodology, including Fit-to-Standard workshops, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and hyper-care support. - Solution Architecture: Design and configure core SD functions, including Sales Order Management, Advanced Pricing Procedures, Billing, Output Determination, and Credit Management (FSCM). - Advanced Fulfillment: Implement and optimize Advanced ATP (aATP), including Product Allocation (PAL), Backorder Processing (BOP), and Supply Assignment. - Cloud & Innovation: Leverage SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud capabilities, utilizing Fiori apps, CDS views, and Cloud ALM for project management. - Cross-Functional Integration: Ensure seamless integration with MM, FI/CO, PP, and EWM modules, as well as external 3rd party systems via BTP, APIs, and EDI/IDocs. - Custom Enhancements: Author detailed Functional Specifications for RICEFW objects and collaborate with technical teams on BAPI, BADI, and User Exit requirements. - Business Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert to guide stakeholders on 'out-of-the-box' features versus custom workarounds to minimize technical debt. Required Technical Skills - SAP Expertise: Minimum 710 years of hands-on SAP SD experience, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations. - Process Mastery: Deep knowledge of OTC cycles, including Consignment, Make-to-Order (MTO), Make-to-Stock (MTS), Intercompany sales, and Returns management. - Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Fiori-based business processes. - Expertise in EDI/Integration (ASN, DESADV, Inbound/Outbound mapping). - Experience with Condition Contract Management and Rebates. - Basic ABAP debugging skills are highly preferred. - Data Migration: Experience using the SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit for master data objects. Professional Qualifications - Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. - Communication: Fluent English with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms for executive stakeholders. - Adaptability: Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced project setting. - Certification: SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution certification is strongly preferred.
