Why This Role Stands Out - Broad, end-to-end HR exposure (not siloed) - Direct access to leadership and decision-making - Opportunity to influence culture, processes, and growth - Stable company with long-term career potential - Collaborative, down-to-earth team environment What Youll Be Doing - Own full-cycle recruitment and onboarding - Partner with managers on employee relations, performance, and engagement - Support compensation reviews and retention strategies - Manage benefits, RRSP programs, and employee inquiries - Handle WSIB, disability claims, and return-to-work processes - Ensure compliance with Ontario employment laws and health & safety standards - Contribute to training, development, and continuous HR improvements What You Bring - 3+ years of HR generalist experience (manufacturing or similar environment is required) - Solid understanding of Ontario employment legislation and health & safety - Experience supporting employee relations and recruitment - CHRP/CHRL (or working toward it) is an asset - Strong communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused mindset - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Disclaimer: This is currently for an active job opportunity.
