Title: Growth Room Helper Location: Winnipeg, MB R3H 0R9 Duration: 4 Months Description: POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Filling pots and flats, washing pots, stake, cleaning hallway and facility, and other tasks as needed. - Organizing and cleaning warehouse and maintenance - Assist with daily activities which may include harvesting, threshing of plants and cleaning and organization of materials and facility. - washing lab coats and other tasks as needed. - Notify Operational supervisor(s) when issues arise with facility - Comply with Safety standards and participate in required/designated safety programs. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Washing Pots & trays; watering growth rooms and house keeping REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES: - Willingness to work in varied weather conditions (cool or hot) - Willingness to work on repetitive tasks - Willingness to work overtime in evenings/weekends at peak season - Possess strong ability to work accurately and pay attention to detail - Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize daily REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - High school
