Financial Advisor / Senior Financial Advisor Ponoka Branch Servus Credit Union is a communityfocused credit union that values people over profits. We are looking for passionate, valuesdriven professionals to join our team in Ponoka. Responsibilities Identify opportunities to match members with the right products and solutions to shape their financial fitness. Meet and exceed sales targets and referral goals. Participate in business development plans through corporate/branch marketing campaigns. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and engage members in conversations to determine their immediate needs. Develop ongoing knowledge of current investment/retail banking services and products (e.g., mutual funds, underwriting, credits, loans, investment needs). Promote referrals to our Wealth Management, Business Banking teams, and thirdparty providers. Build a comprehensive knowledge of the local market, competitive offers, and economic trends. Adhere to all audits, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to mitigate risks of fraud or loss. Provide outstanding member experience by adhering to Servus best practices. Contribute to Servus culture of teamwork, positivity, and collaboration. Maintain Servus positive image in the community. Qualifications Minimum: at least 2 years of retail banking or related financial industry experience (preferably in sales or customer service) and a high school diploma. Postsecondary education in Finance (or related studies) Investment Funds in Canada Course & License (IFIC) Personal Financial Service Advice (PFSA) Financial Planning I (FP1) Preference will be given to candidates who hold the above education and certifications.
