Responsibilities Participate in internal audit reviews, risk and controls selfassessment, internal controls testing, compliance reviews, business process review, risk analysis, and provide value-added recommendations. Prepare and develop a workplan by identifying highrisk areas for audit assignment. Organize, manage and coordinate field audits: review key business processes, analyze root cause of issues, determine risk implications, recommend improvements. Conduct process reviews to identify possible weaknesses, conflict of duties, noncompliance, and risk control lapses. Review key business processes including sales (sales order processing, credit control, receivable administration, sales return), purchase (supplier management, material requirement planning, purchase order processing, payable administration), inventory (inventory turnover, consumption analysis, stocks aging, quality control of aged materials), and cash cycles (segregation of receipt and payable duties, proper authorization of payment, cash conversion cycle analysis). Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations. Maintain consistency in audit methodology and support improvement of audit processes. Maintain excellent working relationship with auditees and senior management to resolve issues and provide practical solutions. Consolidate audit findings for presentation to NPX management at audit exit meeting and prepare audit report. Help stakeholders design and operationalise risk management framework. Lead compliance reviews and design & operationalise compliance management framework. Deliver projects from planning to closure and review team members work. Support adhoc projects as directed by department manager. Coach team members. Job Requirements Based in Singapore. Minimum Bachelors Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, service, or public accounting, with knowledge of risk assurance, operational and internal control, supply chain, and internal audit preferred. Meticulous, highly analytical, processdriven individual capable of working independently or as a team. Computer literacy in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), Microsoft Office and other businessrelated software is advantageous. Frequent travelling required (~50% of the time). Good communication skills in English and Chinese (written & spoken) to liaise with China counterparts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
