Job Summary Responsible to supervise and coordinate specific warehouse, receiving, production and shipping activities. The role will ensure that all employees work within the established regulations, policies and procedures with regards to health and safety, the environment, and quality. Key Responsibilities (General) 1. Coordinate receiving of inbound Raw Material and shipping of Finished goods products (40% of time) Assign, prioritize and supervise work duties in order to meet schedules Requisition material and supplies to support daily operations and monitoring associated inventory Complete documentation required under regulatory regulations 2. Perform problem solving / root cause analysis when problems or errors occur; Scan material in and out of supermarket or warehouse, print required documents and labels (20% of time) Proactively engage in problem solving as issues arise and lead others to do the same Proactively respond to and resolve workplace conflicts respectfully and appropriately Provide employees with continual input on work performance and act as a guide for improvement 3. Release orders as appropriate following the established guidelines and procedures (20% of time) Daily reconciliation of order status Monitor and track time and attendance for employees assigned to the Inbound/Outbound area Maintain clean and safe working environment Follow and guide others on companys health and safety program, rules and procedures and work in compliance with health and safety-related legislation and codes Document and record all workplace incidents immediately in the form of incident reports 4.
