Location: Milton Ontario, On Site Mandatory Reports To: General Manager Direct Reports: 5 Role Overview The Manager, OmniChannel Fulfillment & Warehouse Operations owns the endtoend execution of highperformance order fulfillment for Riptides ecommerce, wholesale, dropship and 3PL partners, delivering etailgrade fulfillment demands, meeting strict etaler SLAs and ensuring sameday, highaccuracy order execution. Key Responsibilities Own daily execution of sameday order fulfillment for ecommerce and wholesale customers Manage realtime order flow from system intake to pick/pack to shipment confirmation Maintain inventory accuracy and control Manage logistics and freight (small parcel, LTL, container) Oversee receiving, package inspections and warehousing best practices Handle returns, scrapping and donation management Launch and manage 3PL/fulfillment programs Drive process improvement, health & safety, and warehouse maintenance Recruit, lead, train and mentor FC team Own internal KPIs and external SLA obligations (OTIF, sameday ship %, VTR tracking, order/fulfillment accuracy, damage rates) Lead receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping with focus on speed, precision, consistency and safety Ensure whiteglove overpack standards for fragile products Manage 4 PM sameday cutoff execution Maintain realtime order processing systems (ERP M3, EDI, ShipStation, etailer portal systems) Troubleshoot and resolve order flow or system breakdowns in real time Ensure timely processing of all inbound and outbound orders Continuously improve system workflows to support speed and scale Establish labor planning, training and development to meet demands and performance metrics Engage and aid in physical daily tasks as needed (picking, packing, placing, inspecting, receiving) Support and scale 3PL staging and fulfillment programs Manage varying requirements to meet customerdefined needs for staging and scheduled dropship locations Ensure best inventory management practice, kitting, repacking, and reporting Responsible for safe shipment of fragile product Communicate effectively with customer teams on product receipt, inventory and shipping schedules Manage parcel/LTL/FTL carriers and related systems Improve damage and claims performance Support etaler routing guides (Amazon, Wayfair, bigbox, wholesale) Ensure all shipments meet customer and platform expectations Contribute to leadership team strategic initiatives (expanding shipping footprint, shipping best practices, 3PL program development, KPIs) Develop, train and support teammates for exceptional performance and engagement Train team members on speed, accuracy and SLAdriven performance Step into handson execution when required (pick/pack/ship/warehouse/count) Establish standard operating procedures and training Champion safety and engagement Create KPI accountability and warehouse reporting Update KPIs and monitor operational performance on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis Oversee and engage in system receiving (ERP), shipping platforms (ShipStation), etailer fulfillment systems Oversee maintenance of warehouse and orderappropriate expenses (warehouse, docks, racking, H&S, packaging supplies) Qualifications 5+ years in fulfillment, 3PL, or distribution environments Ecommerce and dropship experience Proven experience in sameday, singleorder fulfillment operations WMS expertise and process design Experience with order flow systems (ERP, EDI, shipping platforms) Parcel/LTL carrier management Lean / continuous improvement mindset Experience with fragile products an asset Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills Attention to detail essential Ability to manage multiple tasks and delegate effectively Experience in building, mentoring and supporting teammate and team growth Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements Strong problemsolving skill in live operational environments What Success Looks Like Orders shipped sameday, everyday High accuracy and low damage rates Strong SLA performance across all channels Smooth, uninterrupted flow 3PL and warehousing accuracy Team executing with speed and consistency A safe and engaging atmosphere that builds confidence and accountability Riptides Commitment To You Competitive base compensation and industryleading profitsharing opportunity Comprehensive benefits and wellness programs Optional pension plan and Group RRSP Salary Range: $55,000 - 75,000 Equal Opportunity Employer Statement Riptide is an equal opportunity employer committed to maintaining a discrimination, harassment and barrierfree workplace.
