Lead payroll operations at Ozz Electric as the Payroll Manager, ensuring accuracy and efficiency for both union and non-union staff. You will oversee full-cycle payroll processes while supporting the team. In this critical role, you will manage all payroll functions, including compliance with regulations and support for Payroll Administrators. You''ll also coordinate the Electrician Apprenticeship Program with key stakeholders, promoting effective administrative practices. Your expertise will be relied upon to ensure proper payroll processing and reporting.
