Back room sorting and stock warehousing with consideration for safety factors Constant attention to perform job safely is required. Intermittent exposure to varying changes of heat or cold dependant on seasonal variances Predetermined deadlines must be met Work requires long periods of repetitious tasks Substantial physical effort is required for lifting and movement of heavy boxes and furniture, and operation of some equipment Constant high level of lifting, standing, walking, bending and twistingHealth & Safety Maintains a safe and healthy work environment through compliance with Health & Safety regulationsAbility to undergo applicable screening and background checks successfully that are satisfactory to The Salvation Army, in its sole discretion**Compensation:**The target hiring range for this position is $19.00 to $19.60 with a maximum of $20.20.Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.The Salvation Army will provide reasonable accommodation upon request.
