We are currently seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Plant & Warehouse Operations Manager for one of our valued clients in the manufacturing sector . This is an excellent opportunity to lead fullcycle plant and warehouse operations, streamline supply chain functions, and foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Position Summary The Plant & Warehouse Operations Manager will oversee all operational aspects of a manufacturing and warehouse facility , including production, inventory, distribution, staffing, maintenance, safety, and quality. The ideal candidate is a strategic and handson leader with strong expertise in both plant operations and warehouse logistics. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations of the plant and warehouse, including production, procurement, scheduling, inventory, storage, and dispatch Align warehouse and supply chain strategies with production goals to ensure operational efficiency and ontime fulfillment Supervise and mentor a crossfunctional team of supervisors, technicians, warehouse staff, and production employees Monitor and analyze KPIs across plant and warehouse to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance throughput Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations across both plant and warehouse Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning Identify and implement process improvements in production workflows and warehouse operations Oversee supplier relationships, inbound/outbound logistics, and inventory control Develop training and development programs to build a strong, highperforming team Qualifications 610 years of plant and/or warehouse operations management experience in a manufacturing environment Proven leadership skills with experience overseeing both production and warehouse/logistics functions Indepth understanding of supply chain, inventory management, warehousing, and manufacturing workflows Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems Strong communication, analytical, and problemsolving skills Postsecondary education in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering , or a related field is an asset What We Offer Competitive wage: $65.00$70.00 per hour , based on experience A leadership role with autonomy and high impact Career advancement opportunities within the manufacturing and logistics sector Comprehensive benefits package (if applicable) A collaborative, safetyfirst, and performancedriven work environment Stay connected with us!
