Lead the charge in talent development as a Talent Management Specialist. Design and implement key initiatives to foster engagement and performance in a hybrid work setting. As an essential member of the HR Centre of Excellence, you will focus on building leadership capabilities and driving talent management strategies. This role involves collaborating with HR Business Partners, tracking talent metrics, and supporting organizational processes to reinforce a strong talent pipeline. Your contributions will ensure that leaders are equipped with the tools they need for successful performance management and talent reviews.
