Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to join the Climate Control Services division. In this role, you will rent and sell our full portfolio of portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and temporary heaters within an assigned territory. Your customers will include commercial organizations, contractors, and event companies. What Youll Do Grow and manage a territory by developing new business and expanding existing customer relationships. Partner closely with teams across Sunbelts General Tool and Specialty Divisions to deliver turnkey, multi-solution rentals. Work hand-in-hand with internal Sales Reps and Managers to drive deeper customer penetration and maximize opportunities. Education & Experience Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience. 2+ years of direct sales experience. Valid drivers license in good standing and proof of auto insurance. Experience in project management, new business development, and customer retention. Familiarity with equipment rental or HVAC industries (preferred). Skills & Abilities Proven success using a solution-selling approach. Ability to succeed in a high-volume sales environment. Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
