Job Title

Lead operations in the final assembly line at a large aerospace facility in Mississauga, ON. This role requires strong project management and communication skills to ensure smooth operations. As an Operations Leader, you will manage people in a manufacturing environment, oversee project schedules, and coordinate between departments and external suppliers. Your leadership will support continuous improvement initiatives while monitoring and reporting on operational performance and quality issues on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain project schedules and reports Monitor operational progress and update stakeholders Inform stakeholders about quality and process issues Coordinate operations across functions and disciplines Develop relationships with departments and suppliers Requirements: Minimum 5 years in manufacturing management Experience in aviation or project management Strong MS Office skills, especially MS Project Ability to troubleshoot and manage change plans Willingness to work outside normal hours when necessary Harness your leadership and project management skills to elevate operations in a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
