Lead EHS strategies at CanAtom, focused on nuclear refurbishment projects. Manage a team of EHS Advisors and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. As the EHS Manager reporting to the EHS Director, you will oversee the development and implementation of EHS management systems. You''ll mentor staff, guide emergency preparedness, and ensure effective risk mitigation across the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station Refurbishment Project. Your leadership will influence worker safety and environmental compliance in a complex operational environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage EHS systems and processes for projects Develop and deliver safety orientation and training Conduct risk assessments and audits for compliance Facilitate behavioral observations and safety presentations Lead incident investigations and trend analyses Requirements: Minimum 5 years in construction health and safety CRSP or COR Auditor certification required Strong knowledge of OHSA regulations Experience in nuclear environments is an asset Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Shape a safer future in nuclear energy with CanAtoms experienced team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
