Deliver exceptional customer service as a Customer Sales and Service Representative at UFA in Alberta. Assist customers in selecting products and ensure satisfaction through high service standards. As a Customer Sales and Service Representative 1, you will report to the Assistant Store Manager and focus on providing timely, friendly assistance to UFA customers. You will also manage eCommerce requests and ensure inventory is maintained accurately while upholding operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Serve customers promptly in-store or via phone Execute or transfer sales leads to ensure satisfaction Assist in shipping and receiving products as needed Maintain clean and organized store and yard locations Manage eCommerce orders and ensure compliance with standards Requirements: Completed or pursuing Grade 12 diploma 0 - 2 years of sales or customer service experience Interest in agriculture, AgriBusiness, or petroleum Physically capable of lifting up to 25 kg Previous cash handling and computer skills Embrace customer service excellence and product knowledge to thrive at UFA. #J-18808-Ljbffr
