Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Grande Prairie, AB, for a Steamfitter Pipefitter Foreman. The role involves leading a team in the repair, maintenance, and installation of piping systems in shop and field environments. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints, coordinating job assignments, supervising operations to meet deadlines, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and problem-solving to maintain work quality. Additional tasks include overseeing material usage, maintaining progress reports, and mentoring team members to ensure skills development. Qualifications Strong understanding of piping systems, installation processes, and related maintenance techniques Ability to read, interpret, and work from blueprints and technical drawings Proven leadership and team management skills, with a focus on performance and mentorship Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in the oilfield industry Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for coordinating with clients and team members Adaptability to work in shop and field environments, often under challenging conditions A Journeyperson Steamfitter/Pipefitter ticket and a valid drivers license Proficiency in operating welding equipment and tools is an asset Previous experience in a foreman or supervisory role within the oilfield services or construction sector is desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
