Job Description We are seeking a professionally polished Executive Assistant to join the CIE Property Management & Consulting team and provide high-level administrative and strategic support. You are dedicated to seeing a project through to completion and are comfortable navigating a fast-paced, evolving environment. Tech-Savvy: proficient in digital marketing tools, reporting software, and the standard Microsoft Office Suite. Salary $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Schedule & Flexibility Hours: 22.5 - 30 hours a week (equivalent to three 7.5-hour days). Flexibility: you can work 3 full days or spread the hours across 5 days to meet personal commitments. Setting: can be remote/hybrid, but must be able to travel within the portfolio, around the GTA and Halton. Responsibilities Executive & Strategic Support: provide high-level administrative support to leadership, including proactive email and calendar management, meeting preparation, and coordination. Marketing & Digital Media: coordinate marketing initiatives and manage digital media presence to elevate the brand. Reporting & Documentation: generate detailed reports and compile/complete governmentprescribed forms with 100% accuracy and compliance. Meeting Governance: act as the lead minutetaker for critical meetings, ensuring action items are captured and followed up on strategically. Portfolio Travel: travel with the portfolio as needed to ensure operational alignment and support. Operational Excellence: maintain a high standard of professional polish in all internal and external communications. Requirements Proven experience in an Administrative or Executive Assistant role. Background in marketing coordination or digital media management. Experience with government forms and formal reporting. Ability to travel within the company portfolio as required.
