Co-plan and co-facilitate professional learning at the school and board level in support of the School Improvement Plans for Student Achievement and Well-being (SIPSAW) and Student Achievement Plan (SAP) goals. Support e-Learning teachers and develop resources/training materials (TELT Contact). Supporting pathway programs available at all secondary schools (Pathways Coach). Literacy Focus Support educators in implementing the science of reading into their literacy block. Support educators in implementing the revised language/English curriculum. Numeracy Focus Support educators in implementing the Boards Math Action Plan. Support educators and students on small group math interventions (Tier 2/3). Assets Strong leadership skills and desire for further improvement. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Demonstrate understanding of equity, especially in the areas of special education, mental health and Indigenous learning. Demonstrated risk taker with a growth mindset. Extensive experience with the provincial e-Learning environment (TELT Contact).
