Step into a leadership position this summer as a Crew Leader with the Outland Youth Employment Program in a supportive and dynamic camp setting. Guide youth, ensure safety, and build community. This full-time role lasts for seven weeks in July and August 2026, focusing on the day-to-day mentorship and supervision of Rangers. As a Crew Leader, you will impact young people''s lives by fostering accountability, confidence, and professionalism. Engage with youth through work projects, academic training, and healthy living practices throughout the program. Key Responsibilities: Actively supervise Rangers in all camp activities Enforce workplace health and safety policies Support and mentor Rangers during projects and routines Maintain an organized and safe camp environment Promote healthy living through positive role modeling Requirements: Proven experience with youth in camp or educational settings Effective communication and conflict-management skills Availability for the program''s full duration Certification in First Aid & CPR or willingness to learn Ability to perform physical tasks in varied weather conditions Be an inspiring leader and mentor, guiding youth in their first work experiences at OYEP. #J-18808-Ljbffr
