Support children''s growth as a Summer Camp Leader with the City of Leduc, focusing on active, inclusive programming. Engage kids while ensuring their safety and well-being. As a Program Leader, you will directly interact with children aged 5-17, designing and implementing enjoyable activities. This role involves both indoor and outdoor engagement, such as swimming and biking, making it perfect for those who thrive in active environments. Collaboration with parents and staff will enhance the overall experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a variety of camp activities Ensure compliance with camp rules and policies Keep detailed reports for incidents and attendance Mentor Counsellors in Training and other volunteers Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training programs Requirements: Minimum age requirement of 18 with reliable transportation Current Standard First Aid certification A minimum of 6 months experience in child programming Strong time-management and communication skills Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform various activities Utilize your passion for youth engagement at the City of Leduc''s summer camp programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
