Job Description

For 34 years, Lorex has been creating security systems designed to protect your home and business. Founded and headquartered in Canada, weve grown to become leaders in DIY (Do It Yourself) security, offering premium solutions built on innovation, reliability, and expertise that enhance your lifestyle and protect what matters most. Job Summary The Digital Marketing Manager is a strategic ''player-coach'' responsible for driving the Lorex brands online growth and customer acquisition across all digital touchpoints. You will champion a comprehensive digital ecosystem, including Performance Marketing (Search, Paid Social, Retargeting), Affiliate Marketing (Upper-funnel awareness to CPA conversion), and Public Relations. A core part of this role is agency management; you will be the primary lead for three specialized agency partners, ensuring their output aligns with Marketings KPIs. You will also manage and mentor one direct report (Digital Marketing Specialist), scaling our internal capabilities while maintaining a high-performance external partner network. Duties & Responsibilities Agency Ecosystem Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of specialized agency partners across Performance (Google/Meta/Criteo/etc), Affiliate and PR. Conduct weekly status calls and hold partners accountable to ROAS and awareness targets. Performance Optimization: Analyze data from paid marketing channels to identify budget-allocation opportunities. Propose data-driven pivots to improve overall blended CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and ROAS (return on ad spend). Full-Funnel Strategy: Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns that move customers from high-level awareness into high-intent conversion. People Leadership: Supervise and mentor the Digital Marketing Specialist. Oversee their workload, assist in professional development, and ensure they are bridging the gap between internal brand needs and agency execution. Affiliate & PR Synergy: Lead the growth of the affiliate program (CPA/Commission models) while coordinating with PR to ensure business priorities receive maximum editorial and influencer coverage. Budget Oversight: Manage a multi-channel digital budget, ensuring spend is optimized across regions to meet business revenue targets. Quality & Brand Assurance: Audit all performance marketing & PR collateral to ensure alignment with the Master Brand Guidelines and technical accuracy for new products. Requirements Multi-Channel Mastery: Deep understanding of the specific mechanics of Performance channels and the Affiliate landscape. Agency Management: Proven ability to manage external partners and drive results through 3rd party teams. Analytical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Excel, and digital attribution modeling. Strategic Communication: The ability to translate complex digital metrics into clear, actionable insights for the Director of Marketing. Competency Profile Accountability: Takes ownership, ensuring every dollar spent contributes to maximizing revenue and exposure for Lorex. Strategic Thinking: Looks beyond individual channel ''wins'' to understand the holistic impact of the digital mix on the bottom line. Influencing Others: The ability to push agency partners for better performance while maintaining a healthy, collaborative relationship. Required Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on Performance and/or Affiliate channels. Experience managing external agencies or large-scale partner programs. Preferred E-commerce/CE Background: Experience marketing physical consumer electronics. PR Experience: Prior involvement in coordinating product launches with media outlets or tech influencers. Lorex welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities. Accommodations are available on request for candidates taking part in all aspects of the selection process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
