Join the team as a Temporary HR Generalist, providing crucial support during a maternity leave. The position focuses on HR policy communication and maintaining accurate records. As a Temporary HR Generalist, you will manage various administrative tasks, ensuring HR systems and policies are adhered to effectively. You will assist with employee recruitment, coordinate training, and support performance management evaluations. This role requires organizational abilities and a flexible mindset for effective teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment processes including interview scheduling Manage employee files and ensure communication boards are current Update HR records for training and benefits administration Support performance appraisals and discipline processes Perform reception duties and handle employee queries Requirements: 2 years minimum HR work experience desired College diploma or degree in Human Resources Management Advanced Microsoft Office skills needed Understanding of WSIB and OHSA regulations Experience with performance management systems Utilize your HR knowledge to enhance departmental efficiency and support employees throughout the maternity leave. #J-18808-Ljbffr
