Partnering crossfunctionally to bring products to life. Growing into full category ownership over time. What Youll Be Doing Own the Assortment Identify topperforming products, emerging trends, and whitespace opportunities. Support new product launches and development initiatives.Partner with Marketing and ECommerce to execute promotions and seasonal campaigns. Drive Smart Purchasing Maintain optimal inventory levels across retail and online channels. Balance availability with efficiency, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory. Support forecasting and planning across a highSKU, fastturn category. Build Strong Vendor Partnerships Collaborate with domestic and international suppliers. Support negotiations around cost, MOQ, lead times, and promotions. Monitor vendor performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Leverage Data to Win Maintain accurate product and vendor data in systems like Tech POS and Sage X3. Use reporting and insights to guide decisions and mitigate risks. Spot trends early and turn them into action. Collaborate Across the Business Work closely with Marketing, Retail, Finance, and Compliance teams. Support new store openings and companywide initiatives. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Experience What You Bring 46 years in buying, merchandising, or supply chain (retail or ecommerce). Experience managing highSKU, fastmoving product categories. Exposure to vendor management and negotiations. International sourcing experience is an asset. Skills Strong Excel and analytical capabilities. Experience with ERP/POS systems (Tech POS, Sage X3, or similar). Solid understanding of inventory planning and forecasting. Nice to Have Experience with Power BI, SQL, or advanced reporting tools. Knowledge of import/export logistics and customs processes. Background in accessories, CPG, or similar categories. Who You Are Detaildriven and highly organized.
