Gowling WLG seeks a Trademark Legal Administrative Assistant to support legal professionals in Ottawa. This role entails managing legal documents, communications, and deadlines effectively. As part of our Intellectual Property group, you will perform essential administrative tasks with discretion. With a focus on trademarks, your responsibilities include coordinating workflows, preparing comprehensive legal documents, and ensuring accuracy in filings and correspondence. Engage with clients and internal teams while managing ongoing assignments proficiently. Key Responsibilities: Organize workflow for legal professionals'' practice Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence Transcribe legal materials with high accuracy Liaise with clients and internal teams effectively Assist with trademark application filings and deadlines Requirements: Minimum 5 years in Intellectual Property, focus on Trademarks Diploma in Administrative Assistance or related field Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities Utilize your experience in trademarks to support Gowling WLG''s dynamic Intellectual Property practice. #J-18808-Ljbffr
