What you''ll be doing: Educate and assist members in using all service delivery channels, including digital and self-serve options, to ensure a seamless experience. Refer to internal partnerships such as small business and wealth. Provide advice around small business lending transactions and mutual funds advice conversations. Review reports on new accounts and term maturities to identify variances, taking necessary action or escalating issues to internal personnel. Conduct routine loan audits by reviewing reports, identifying issues, and initiating corrective actions as per established procedures. Apply risk management policies and audit control standards in daily work to maintain compliance and mitigate risks. Ensure all daily activities align with safety, legal, and privacy requirements in accordance with policies and procedures. Audit conscious, no cash writeoff, new account openings, AML, credit & deposit compliance, adhere to First time right (credit) compliance. Adhere to all mutual fund''s requirements. Identify personal professional development goals and complete related activities to enhance employee engagement and enablement. Actively participate in regular goalsetting meetings and coaching sessions to support continuous growth and performance. Incorporate Members First Common Activities into daily routines, including proactive outreach strategies. Conduct outbound calls, retention calls, proactive followups, and prebooked appointments to promote member retention, growth, and acquisition. Demonstrate the member connection / pillars of advice (financial planning behaviors) with all types of transactions to influence solution ratio. Participate in business development activities with internal (AG, Business, Wealth) and external (realtors, etc.) partners (team Servus). What you bring: 3-4 years experience in customer service. 23 years experience in retail lending/credit and investments with a demonstrated ability to build member relationships. Complex lending experience. Demonstrated achievement of sales targets. Proficient in using technology, including mobile banking applications, with strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
