Job Description

Join The Royals Substance Use and Concurrent Disorders Program as a Clinical Psychologist. Focus on delivering evidence-based assessment and treatment for clients aged 16-25 with complex disorders. This role requires a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will provide psychological assessments and treatments, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and deliver educational activities to enhance care. Your expertise in clinical mental health will be crucial in engaging clients with severe concurrent disorders. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psycho-diagnostic assessments and treatment planning Provide individual and group psychotherapy using evidence-based methods Collaborate with community agencies to enhance client support Teach and supervise pre-doctoral students and psychology residents Lead clinically oriented research to improve client care Requirements: Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program Five years of clinical mental health experience Minimum 2 years in concurrent disorders work Experience in hospital settings preferred Strong team collaboration and communication skills Utilize your expertise in clinical psychology to make a lasting impact at The Royal. #J-18808-Ljbffr
