The Canadian market has delivered strong performance over the past three years, tripling in size since 2023, and the company sees significant opportunity to further scale its presence. This individual will serve as the company''s primary representative and business driver in the Canadian market, with full ownership of profitability, brand awareness, and operational execution across all channels.Develop and manage forecasting, demand planning, promotional calendars, and special event planning for the Canadian marketCollaborate with global marketing teams on paid and owned media, influencer partnerships, public relations, and other marketing initiativesOversee the Canadian website experience, working with internal teams and local service providers to maintain optimal performanceOwn the P&L for the Canadian market, ensuring strong operational control, cost management, and delivery against financial targetsManage trade relationships with key business partners, including Amazon CanadaIdentify and evaluate new commercial opportunities and sales channels to maximize brand reach in CanadaDrive daily business performance across all sales channels and marketing platformsPartner with the supply chain team to ensure effective fulfillment, inventory management, and end-to-end operational executionMaintain a high standard of customer experience and manage community engagementOwn customer acquisition and retention strategies, taking daily action to improve performance against these metricsDevelop and execute a strategic plan for the continued growth and development of HexClad in CanadaRequirements4+ years of experience in general management, marketing, eCommerce, brand management, or operationsExperience in a high-growth DTC or consumer brand preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plusStrong understanding of Canadian market trends and consumer behaviorHands-on experience with social media platforms, influencer campaigns, or events is a plusProactive and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailInterest in food and cooking; culinary experience is a plusSHARED MEALS | The role is great, and there''s more in it for you!Compensation |Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and qualificationsBonus |Annual performance bonus eligibilityTime Off |Paid time off in accordance with applicable local lawsCookware | Upgrade your home with employee perks#J-18808-Ljbffr
