Plant Manager Heavy Industrial / Material Processing Location: Bellevue / Kingston surrounding area. Salary band: 105,000-150,000 + bonus+ Benefits About the position: This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership position running a fast-paced, high-volume industrial operation where throughput, uptime, and leadership on the floor drive success. Responsibilities: Lead hands on day-to-day plant operations in a high-throughput material processing environment Drive up time, flow, and operational efficiency across equipment and labor Reduce downtime and improve performance through practical, hands-on problem solving Own labor utilization, cost control, and productivity metrics Lead and develop a team of supervisors and frontline operators (4050+ employees) Be a visible leader on the floor not just in meetings Drive continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable results Ensure safe operations and strong accountability across the team Experience & Education: 7+ years'' Plant Manager, Senior operational Leader or related experience in a Heavy industrial environment such as: Recycling / waste / aggregates / Mining / bulk material handling / Pulp & paper Bachelor''s Degree, Licensed Trades (Millwright, Mechanic, or 4 years of relevant work experience.
