HR Administrator Location: Concord, ON - This position is onsite for the first 36 months to support onboarding and training, after which it will transition to a hybrid work model. Employment Type: Full-time/Permanent Salary: $55,000-$65,000 We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic HR Administrator to join our team on a fulltime, permanent basis. This role requires a teamoriented, approachable individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on the employee experience. The successful candidate will support a wide range of HR functions, partner closely with the HR Business Partner, and contribute to a positive and engaging workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding Conduct fullcycle recruitment and coordinate the selection process Manage onboarding and offboarding activities Facilitate employee orientation sessions Employee Experience & Engagement Plan and execute events that enhance the employee experience Serve as a primary point of contact for HRrelated inquiries Provide guidance on company policies and procedures HR Operations Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity Support payrollrelated administrative tasks Process employee benefits Manage STD and LTD processes Qualifications: Postsecondary education in Human Resources or a related field 2+ years of HR Administration experience Manufacturing industry experience is required Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proven ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment Proficiency in MS Office applications
