My girlfriend has 2 beautiful girls aged 3 & 6. I am contacting you on her behalf as she is super busy at work. The issue she is having is that she works from 8:30am until 5:30pm Monday-Friday, she has a very stressful job, and has no time for anything outside of work, cleaning the house, and taking care of her kids. Ideally the sitter would be able to pick up the children from school and take care of them until sometime around 6pm, and even 7-8pm some nights. Cleaning and house work is not required, but it would help a lot and can be part of the negotiation. Overall, she just needs some help to have time to relax, as she is struggling with work, cleaning the home, taking care of her children, and not ever having a moment for herself.
