Youll work to tailor financing packages to meet your customers needs, including both lending and non-lending products, and help them succeed. Youll be part of a team that works closely with other departments at FCC. Together, youll cultivate long-term partnerships, share knowledge and contribute to a culture of learning, innovation and customer-centricity. What youll do Work with customers to build financing packages that meet their business needs Be accountable for the execution of loans, including sales, loan structure, gathering and preparing financial documentation, securing approvals, and collaborating with internal teams to successfully complete financing Build relationships with FCC customers and internal partners Look for opportunities to build your loan portfolio Travel to customer farms and offices to understand their business needs and provide tailored support Analyze customer financial information Create, process and approve new credit facilities What youll bring to the team Required q ualifications: A b achelors degree in agriculture, business, commerce or a related field Minimum one year of related experience in ag finance, lending, credit analysis, business development or sales (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) Experience communicating financial information or recommendations clearly to customers or internal partners Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, including engaging with customers, centres of influence or community partners Valid drivers licen c e and the ability to travel for customer meetings Passion for agriculture, with knowledge of farming operations or ag ri business environments Preferred q ualifications: Customer service experience, ideally in a financial, agricultural or advisory setting Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset Not sure you meet every requirement?
