Job Description

Senior Data Integration Analyst As a Senior Data Integration Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth data flow across multiple systems and platforms. Your responsibilities include analyzing, designing, and implementing data integration solutions and technical workflows. You will serve as the technical expert and liaison among Marketing, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Analytics, and IT stakeholders to integrate key data inputs, scale capabilities, and drive profitable growth. Your role balances immediate needs of the marketing team while developing a threeyear roadmap for highly personalized, automated communications. Key Responsibilities System Integration Design, plan, test, and execute marketing technology and data enablement projects. Collect requirements and design solutions with Data, IT, and Digital teams to integrate data into CRM (Dynamics 365) for marketing journeys and campaign measurement. Partner with Digital Transformation and IT to enable and optimize Google Analytics4 tagging. Evaluate the marketing technology stack to identify integration points, gaps, and risks. Support system upgrades and enhancements to maintain functional integrations. Conduct UAT and postproduction testing to ensure solutions work as intended. Provide training for new processes, capabilities, and technology integrations. Data Migration Improve tracking of the consumers journey across the full marketing funnel. Collaborate to enhance marketing attribution and align data consistency across Finance, Marketing, and Business Operations. Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues. Work with Enterprise Analytics to integrate and optimize new and existing data sources, including scoring models into CDP/analytics tools for marketing orchestration. Prepare data migration plans with risk, milestones, quality, and business signoff details. Design and maintain data architecture to support seamless integration and efficient data flow. Data Governance & Analysis Collaborate with Marketing Operations to conduct data quality assessments and correct errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies. Oversee customer data management to maintain hygiene and governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Evaluate processes with stakeholders and recommend enhancements for data accuracy, quality, process efficiency, and reporting automation. Implement database tracking and dashboards for metrics and reporting. Document data governance processes and outcomes. Qualifications Minimum4+years of experience with marketing automation & MarTech platforms (Dynamics365 for Marketing, Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua) for journey automation and segmentation. 4+years designing and implementing complex marketing analytics and CRM cloud platforms (Dynamics365, Adobe, Salesforce, Google Analytics4). 4+years in a data integration role, preferably in financial services. 4+years experience with BI/Data visualization platforms (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker). Advanced SQL, Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages. Postsecondary education in technology, computer science or related field is an asset. Cloud platform certifications (Google Analytics, Salesforce, Microsoft Azure, etc.) are an asset. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is an asset. Salary & Benefits Salary Range: CAD$68,800$103,200 annually. Office Location: Toronto Corporate Office with hybrid work arrangement; occasional travel to St.Catherines office.
